You can return your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for the items until we receive them. We recommend that you keep your proof of postage and, if necessary, insure your package for the value of the items.

Returns Policy
All online purchases, including discounted items, will be fully refunded if:

• The items are unworn, not soiled, washed or damaged.
• The items contain all original price tags and packaging.

All returns are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Returns that do not meet the requirements will be refused.

Sustainability request
Out of concern for the environment, we ask you to only return products from our Sale if it is really necessary. In this way, we help prevent waste of clothing and reduce CO2 emissions. Does an item not meet your expectations? Maybe you can make someone else happy with it. Thank you for your understanding and support!

How do you return an item?
You can return your package via our shipping partners for €6.50. Please note: it is not possible to return multiple orders in one package.

Step-by-step plan for returns:

Step 1: Put the items together with the packing slip in the box. The packing slip is needed to process your return correctly.

Step 2: Plan your return via care@moda-nova.de . You will receive a return label to print out.

Step 3: Stick the return label clearly visible on the package. Remove or cover your own address to avoid confusion.

Important: The return costs are automatically deducted from the amount to be refunded. So you do not pay anything in advance when creating the label.

Refund
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed by your bank.
